At HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES, I analyzed customer and operational information to support service reviews and operational decisions. I validated customer and loan records and prepared Excel-based reports and dashboard inputs for management review.

I identified recurring issues, trends, and process gaps, and coordinated with internal teams on issue resolution and workflow improvement. Prior resume materials report an approximately 15% reduction in processing time through workflow optimization.

In my Sales & Financial Performance Dashboard project, I prepared and reviewed data for KPI-focused reporting, using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to monitor performance trends and variations. I used visual summaries to communicate findings and highlight areas for further investigation.

My other projects covered customer and operational data analysis and an MBA project on Amazon E-Commerce UX/UI & Business Analytics. I hold an MBA in Business Analytics from Amity University and am developing skills in Python, machine learning, and computer vision; I haven't claimed professional machine-learning project or production-deployment experience.
