At DXC Technology, I support day-to-day production operations for IBM i (AS400) applications, helping maintain high system availability and business continuity.
I monitor batch jobs and job logs, resolve production issues, and automate daily business and operational tasks using CL and SQL. I also manage nightly backups with BRMS and ROBOT, support recovery activities, and administer journals, journal receivers, and replication.
I work closely with application development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents within SLA timelines, while supporting user profile maintenance, authority management, PTF installations, OS upgrades, restorations, and EOD, month-end, and year-end activities.
Previously, as an SAP Developer Intern at HighRadius, I assisted with ABAP application development, testing, debugging, enhancements, technical documentation, and deployment support. I was recognized with the DXC Champion Award for my performance, collaboration, and contribution to team objectives.
