At Virtusa, I lead end-to-end QA strategy and release validation for New York Life’s enterprise insurance platform, covering policy administration, claims, billing, and customer servicing.

I’ve also led QA and Scrum delivery for Qatar Airways, facilitating sprint ceremonies, supporting backlog refinement, coaching teams on Agile practices, and leading UAT.
