I’m looking for a full-stack engineering role where I can own API architecture and integrations, build scalable products, and apply AI/LLM workflows for real impact—within teams that prioritize performance, security, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Full Stack Developer with 2.5+ years of experience building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB. I focus on API architecture, system integration, and secure backend development with an emphasis on scalability and performance optimization.

Most recently, I’m working as an Associate Software Engineer at Unthinkable Solutions. Previously, at Grazitti Interactive / SearchUnify (Knowbler), I architected a Kafka-driven ML automation workflow for auto article creation on case closure, including real-time quality analysis, duplicate detection, and live UI updates, cutting manual effort by approx. 40 person-hours/FTE/month.

I’ve also built integrations across enterprise platforms—integrating Google Gemini and Microsoft Azure LLMs for AI-powered article generation, and developing Slack and Jira integrations for the Knowbler Agent App. I designed RESTful and GraphQL APIs integrated with Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshservice, and Khoros, and delivered features like Auto-Attach on Publish and Knowledge Visualisation.
