What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue RN case management and maternal/infant health work—advancing program quality, coordinating care, and educating patients so I can improve outcomes through individualized plans, advocacy, and collaborative healthcare solutions.

I’m a Compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with more than 30 years of experience in case management, labor and delivery, postpartum care, acute care, home health, long-term care, and patient education. I’m skilled in care coordination, discharge planning, maternal health, community resource navigation, and chronic disease management.

In my current role as an RN Program Specialist – Maternal & Infant Health with Nebraska DHHS, I support maternal and infant health programs statewide by providing education, resource coordination, and clinical insight, while assisting with program planning and quality improvement. Previously, I’ve provided telephonic and member-focused RN case management for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance members, including pregnant members through pregnancy and six weeks postpartum.

I bring a practical, patient-centered approach—developing individualized care plans to improve outcomes, advocating for access to quality care and support services, and educating members on diagnoses, medications, prenatal care, and preventive health practices. My background also includes leadership and staff supervision, MDS assessments, pre-admission and insurance authorization, and hands-on clinical expertise across newborn care, lactation counseling, wound care and wound vac management, IV therapy, chemotherapy administration, and hospice care.
