I’m a senior financial executive with over 30 years of leadership experience across banking, corporate finance, and treasury. I’ve led at the highest levels as Chief Financial Officer, Acting CEO, and Board Member, consistently driving stability in complex and high-risk environments.

As Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Acting CEO) at Syria Gulf Bank, I led all banking operations with full executive authority during economic volatility. I directed decision-making, led debt restructuring initiatives reducing non-performing loans, strengthened resilience through provisioning strategies, and ensured business continuity and risk mitigation while executing strategy and budgets.

As Chief Financial Officer and founding member at Banque Bemo Saudi Fransi, I built the finance function from inception and established strong controls. I guided financial strategy and capital adequacy, strengthened regulatory compliance and governance, influenced loan-loss provision treatment with regulators, and supported board reporting through my role as Board Secretary and participation in ALCO and crisis committees.

I also bring hands-on treasury and funding expertise—from managing treasury operations and banking relationships at Shell Petroleum Development, to improving cash flow through funding operations at ADP Financial Services, where I recovered ~95% of aged receivables. I’m recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening financial systems, and delivering durable performance through restructuring, crisis management, and organizational transformation.
