I've led finance, capital markets, and governance for public and private companies across Canada, the U.S., China, and Singapore. At ASEA Group, I raised CAD 7M in equity and debt financing and established IFRS- and US GAAP-based consolidated reporting across seven subsidiaries.

At Hanalytics BioMind, I raised USD 250M through A, B, and C rounds, helping grow valuation from USD 10M to USD 1.4B. I built global finance, FP&A, and controls infrastructure, supported profitability of USD 40M annually, led five M&A transactions, and implemented SAP, Dynamics 365, and a data warehouse for multi-country reporting.

I've also directed capital markets execution, disclosure, and investor relations at Lobe Sciences and Mountain Valley MD Holdings, and served as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair for NASDAQ-listed PSIG Group. My background includes leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank, Xinyuan Real Estate, and Canada's federal banking regulator.

I bring hands-on experience in fundraising, IPO readiness, M&A, board governance, treasury, regulatory reporting, financial controls, and cross-border operations. I build finance organizations and decision-making systems that support growth in regulated, asset-intensive, and international businesses.
