At Staypreneur (Vaya Via), I led UX research for a website redesign, mapping user journeys and translating 15+ interviews into a new site structure and flow. I designed the website from sitemap to final UI, including Plan My Trip, and created responsive interfaces and marketing assets.
At Design Horse, I translated consumer insights for FMCG brands into visual communications and co-created a Ramadan packaging concept for Nestlé Milkmaid that received stakeholder approval and launched. At Flylab, I mapped internal workflows and proposed a revised framework that reduced decision-making latency by an estimated 30%.
