My final-year project with Kathmandu University and Horticulture Development center examined stimulation of sprout development by thiourea in dormant potato tubers. I also gained tissue culture experience with the Rojita variety of potato.

At Kanchanjunga seed company, I worked as a field technician, supervising fields and agricultural inputs, conducting surveys, and assisting the project Co-Ordinator. As an intern at Horticulture Development center, Panchkhal and Potato Crop Development Centre (PCDC), Nigale, I conducted field-based research and worked on publications, administrative tasks, and laboratory work.

I'm pursuing a Master’s in Horticulture at Kathmandu University, School of science, after completing a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Science there. I’m interested in contributing to projects that advance food security, enhance environmental health, and drive innovation in agriculture and nutrition.
