What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support sustainable agriculture through field research, farmer trainings, and community-led livelihood programs—growing in agricultural R&D while strengthening women’s empowerment and eco-friendly practices.

I’m an agriculture graduate committed to sustainable, community-driven farming systems. My focus is on eco-friendly practices, women’s empowerment, and rural livelihood enhancement through innovation and hands-on community engagement.

I’ve worked with organizations to conduct farmer trainings, coordinate environmental campaigns, and support rural livelihood programs. I bring strong skills in program coordination, field monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to help agricultural initiatives land where they matter most.

Through my internships, I’ve gained practical research and lab experience, including seed laboratory operations (purity and germination tests) and grow-out tests. I also contributed to agro-morphological data collection and basic data recording and analysis under supervision in agricultural research settings.

In community roles, I support outreach programs centered on women’s economic empowerment and income-generating agricultural practices. As a Program Coordinator, I facilitated capacity building workshops and community dialogues that promote sustainable agriculture, and I help with report preparation and project documentation.
