I am seeking a compliance/AML role where I can apply KYC, transaction monitoring and regulatory reporting skills, grow professionally, and work within a collaborative, compliance-driven team.

I am a Compliance and AML/KYC professional with over two years of hands-on experience supporting financial institutions in building transparent, risk-focused compliance frameworks.

My work has included conducting comprehensive client due diligence across multiple European jurisdictions, monitoring transactions with specialised systems, and tailoring KYC/AML processes to institutional client requirements.

At Novum Bank and BNY Mellon I led documentation collection and verification, analysed financial activity to detect anomalies, and prepared accurate regulatory reporting; at Citadel Insurance I managed compliant documentation for Board and regulatory committees and reviewed marketing and product materials for compliance.

I hold a Bachelor of European Studies with Communication Studies from the University of Malta, completed an Erasmus+ exchange at the University of Wrocław, and bring strong analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills complemented by fluency in English and native Polish.
