At Pinnacle Intelligence, I architected IntelliOne, a multi-tenant automotive CRM serving 50+ dealership rooftops, owning platform, telephony, and infrastructure. I built a call dispatcher using PostgreSQL row-level locking for single-agent ownership, and engineered a fault-tolerant call-state machine for transfers, conferences, reconnects, and Twilio webhook events.
As a Founding Engineer at Merlin AI (YC S24), I drove development across 8 ERP modules for 20+ construction enterprises. I led AskAI—an agent-based assistant combining vector search with symbolic querying over 1M+ documents—then modernized routing by migrating from HAProxy to Amazon EKS and implemented fast search and CDC pipelines using OpenSearch, Debezium, Kafka, and MongoDB.
Earlier at Jaguar Land Rover, I worked on Advanced Driver Assistance systems, building a high-efficiency interface between the vehicle cockpit and NVIDIA’s ADAS module.
