At Apple Inc. via TCS, I lead QA activities for application releases, analyzing feature specifications and identifying requirement ambiguities to define test coverage and scenarios.

I develop test plans from acceptance criteria and technical requirements, and use AI tools to support test-plan authoring and scenario coverage. I also review test readiness across test data, environments, dependencies, and execution status.

I coordinate defect triage with Product Managers, EPM, and developers, and led offshore QA workstreams across geographies and applications. I track release milestones and defects, and provide QA sign-off recommendations based on execution evidence and release readiness.
