Sushil Jaishi

I’m a backend-focused Full Stack Developer skilled in MERN stack, NestJS, and TypeScript. I focus on building secure web applications, REST APIs, and reliable authentication to help products run smoothly.

In my current role as a Software Developer at Momiji International Academy, I developed a full-stack MERN office management system for student management, fee tracking, document management, and administrative workflows. I built secure REST APIs, integrated Amazon S3 for document storage, used Resend for email notifications, and deployed the application on Amazon EC2.

I also developed and maintained a WordPress-based mock test platform with customized examination workflows, and I integrated the eSewa payment gateway for online purchases of mock tests and academy services. Earlier, during my 3-month internship, I worked on Flutter applications with Firebase authentication and database integration, improving my mobile UI/UX and state management skills.

On my projects, I built secure backend systems like a Password Management System with AES-256-CBC encryption (with random IVs and environment-based key management) and a password versioning system. I’m motivated by clean API design, practical security, and shipping end-to-end features using modern backend technologies.
