I seek a role focused on backend operations or support within an Agile team where I can apply SQL, API testing, monitoring tools, and grow into reliable production ownership.

I am an Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, API testing, and backend operations, focused on ensuring reliable production environments.

At Pine Labs I worked in technical operations handling backend tasks with Java, SQL and PL/SQL, contributed to client onboarding across regions, and used Grafana and Slack for monitoring and alerting.

During my internship at ThinkQuotient I developed full-stack web applications using C#, .NET MVC, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, built and consumed RESTful APIs, and designed SQL Server databases with complex queries and stored procedures.

I bring strong troubleshooting skills, a quick learning mindset, experience with incident management and monitoring tools, and a collaborative Agile approach aimed at optimizing application performance and client satisfaction.
