At Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), I researched occupational hazards in artisanal hookah diving, combining field observation, interviews with eight divers, literature review, and safety standards.
I translated user and operational evidence into solution-neutral requirements using a House of Quality, FMEA, and concept-selection methods. I defined and reviewed a safety-support prototype architecture, documented its functions and limitations, and produced a first-author peer-reviewed article from my thesis.
For my undergraduate capstone research on the Comercial Biviana Elena logistics model, I co-developed a logistics-management proposal based on observation, interviews, employee surveys, and process mapping. I also defined functional requirements and contributed to documentation for a Visual Basic .NET prototype.
My graduate coursework included a Figma redesign for an accessible pharmacy website, evaluated in a small classroom usability study, and a guide-map evaluation using Gazepoint eye-tracking outputs. My research interests include worker safety, ergonomic work systems, usability, and context-appropriate technology for resource-constrained environments.
