I've designed and implemented an administrative software system and audit plan for Pet’s Paradise Veterinary Clinic, supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
For my University of El Salvador graduation project, I implemented a software quality testing process for the FIA–UES student project management information system. I executed and analyzed manual tests on critical functions and proposed system improvements.
At ISDEMU’s Centro Especializado para la Mujer in San Martín, I provided technical support, maintained IT resources, and taught Excel, Word, and basic digital skills to adult women.
I'm also a computer science and robotics teacher, developing STEAM, logical-thinking, and project-based learning experiences for elementary and secondary students. I bring hands-on experience with Scrum, test cases, Jira, prototyping, and web technologies.
