At AaptTeknoUS, embedded at Ola/Krutrim, I handle first-line NOC triage across more than 2,300 infrastructure assets. I investigate Linux and network issues, validate alert floods, and escalate major outages with evidence.
I was the sole developer of the AI NOC Workspace, an independent project with four regional collectors and one central server. I built its Python and FastAPI services, React and TypeScript interface, and PostgreSQL persistence, with monitoring dashboards and alert tracking.
I also built independent AWS projects for controlled infrastructure remediation and predictive auto-scaling. Their workflows include human approval, rollback safeguards, and read-only investigation planning.
