What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to hydropower, water-resources, and resilient infrastructure projects where I can apply field supervision, contract management, hydraulic modelling, safety, and climate-risk experience while growing into project leadership.

I'm delivering civil and hydro-mechanical works on SJVN Ltd.'s 900MW Arun-3 Hydropower Project in Nepal's glacially fed, GLOF-threatened Arun Sub-basin. I supervise construction, contracts, QA/QC, safety, and stakeholder reporting across active contractors.

I've prepared BoQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for a 33km access road, 10-bed dispensary, and 30,000 KLD sewage treatment plant, while overseeing gate and pressure-shaft fabrication with zero structural rejection in NDT inspections. My direct safety supervision has resulted in no lost-time incidents, and I received the SAPDC Achiever Award 2025 for my field performance.

Earlier, I designed penstock layouts and access-road alignments for the 7.1MW Yambaling Hydropower Project and supported surveys, estimating, supervision, QC, and commissioning across hydropower and infrastructure works. I bring applied hydrology, GIS terrain analysis, hydraulic modelling, FIDIC contract management, and field experience in Himalayan environments.
