What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Procurement Analyst role where I can use spend analysis, PO tracking, and procurement reporting to support strategic sourcing and supplier management—partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and control costs while growing my expertise.

I’m a Procurement Analyst with 1 year of experience supporting purchasing and sourcing activities through data analysis, reporting, and supplier coordination. I’m detail-oriented and analytical, and I focus on helping teams keep procurement timely and controlled.

At Tata Consultancy Services, I computed and created purchase orders to monitor stock levels, verify purchase requisitions, and expedite customer orders. I also managed procurement tools for the quote process, invoicing, order entry, and receiving, while supporting cost control and process improvement.

I’ve developed 3 Kaizen in a year to improve how procurement runs. I’m motivated to grow in strategic sourcing and supplier management while continuing to strengthen procurement reporting using advanced Excel and ERP systems.
