What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a procurement role where I can own SAP-based PR/PO processing, strengthen vendor follow-ups and sourcing evaluations, and deliver reliable MIS reporting—while operating in a compliance-driven environment that supports growth.

I’m a detail-oriented Procurement professional with experience in vendor management, purchase order processing, and cost control, built in a high-volume manufacturing environment. At Tata Steel Ltd., I support end-to-end procurement by creating and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP, coordinating RFQs, quotations, delivery schedules, and confirmations with approved vendors.

I focus on price comparison and technical/commercial evaluation support to enable cost-effective sourcing, and I closely follow up to ensure on-time material delivery so plant operations stay uninterrupted. I maintain vendor master data and procurement documentation in SAP, prepare procurement MIS and spend summaries, and ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements—while also supporting direct (plant/spares) and indirect (MRO/services) needs.
