I’m a Backend-focused Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Python, REST APIs, and MySQL, built through backend-driven POCs and projects. At Tech Mahindra, I developed a spam detection POC using ~5,000 messages and reached ~90% classification accuracy through iterative ML experimentation.
I also built a Find Lost web application backend workflow, integrating Amazon Rekognition for facial comparison to find potential matches between lost and found individuals. I designed REST APIs and MySQL schemas for authentication, report management, image handling, and record retrieval, and supported pre-launch backend updates for the Tech Mahindra Global Chess League.
My project work blends backend engineering with ML and NLP: I created a deep learning flood image classification system (CNNs, transfer learning, ensembles) and an AI Resume Analyzer that uses NLP keyword/skill matching with ATS-style scoring. I’m motivated by strong problem-solving, reliable data workflows, and shipping systems that turn data into actionable results.
