I am a regulatory professional with hands-on experience in Institutional Review Board (IRB) leadership and human-subjects research compliance across healthcare networks. I have represented national institutions at multiple global forums, advocating on bioethics, disability justice, and feminist disability issues.

At Indus Hospital and Health Network I enhanced ethical and regulatory compliance, delivered targeted IRB training, and supported documentation and submissions, managing a 71% increase in workload while systematically reviewing over 600 studies.

I coach neurodivergent adults on self-advocacy and careers, built an inclusive community space, and facilitated peer support that reached thousands through educational content and sessions. I have also coordinated grants and drafted TORs and policies to promote research aligned with global standards.
