At the California Department of Industrial Relations, I provide technical leadership for enterprise ECM and BPM initiatives, including FileNet administration, application development, production support, and modernization. I’ve supported mission-critical State of California applications including EAMS, RTWSP, MPN, PWCR, OSIP, ECU, and PFS.
I’ve led platform upgrades and migrations, including moving IBM Case Manager solutions to IBM Business Automation Workflow, and developed custom IBM Content Navigator plug-ins and FileNet integrations. I also designed GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and wrote Python and PowerShell scripts to automate deployments, monitoring, and operational support.
Earlier, I developed IBM FileNet P8 workflow solutions for insurance and government clients at MITS (India & USA), Datamatics Technologies, and Dess Computer PVT Ltd. More recently, I’ve supported Google Cloud Platform modernization and developed AI-powered solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Python.
