Part of the team envisioned building a new data platform that helps to ingest data into Data Lakehouse with the help of Spark orchestrated using Argo on Kubernetes. Implemented Schema Manager, Argo Workflow Templates to support Data Platform Jobs
Implemented Delta as a Storage format on S3 to maintain Lakehouse.

Part of the Data Engineering team building BI systems on top of Cloudera Hadoop platform to support data-driven E-Commerce platform based on Rental/Subscription model.
Developed numerous Hadoop MR jobs and Data Ingestion jobs using Java to ingest data from various sources like RDBMS, REST API’s, Salesforce, GA etc into DWH on Hive/Impala, further into Tableau using Hyper API

Helped design and develop the Advertising EDW on AWS Cloud which was one of the huge EDW of the Organization involving 20+ subject areas and 150M customers.
Built custom ELT modules using Python/Shell Script to handle Extraction (through APIs) and Data loads of large amounts of data into AWS Redshift/Snowflake DB

Worked on developing DWH on an RDBMS system using ETL tools for Healthcare Data using Informatica PowerCenter as a Data Integration tool.
Designed multiple automation systems using Shell Scripts/Python and CronTab for common tasks and to eliminate manual eff orts saving over $20000/annum for the Org and gaining Lean Practitioner certification from Dell.
