On WombatPetInsurance, I architected and delivered a platform for customer onboarding, policy management, claims, and billing. I integrated Stripe payments and Azure services, including Service Bus, Functions, File Share, and Redis Cache.
I also designed and developed the VNextClaim Processing Engine to automate the insurance claims lifecycle. Its automated processing improved turnaround time by ~20%.
For Member Center 2.0, I developed an Angular customer portal that replaced legacy MVC applications and enabled customers to submit and track claims online. Earlier, I built software for travel management, litigation workflows, and ERP processes.
