I am a skilled and experienced Frontend Engineer with over eight years of expertise in building dynamic, responsive, and user-centric web applications. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and completed my education at Sainik School Gopalganj.
I honed my technical proficiency in core frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js and have extensive experience working with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, and Express.js. I am also adept in design tools like Material UI, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, and SASS/SCSS. I understand the importance of web optimization for SEO, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
Currently, I am a Senior Engineer - React at IRIS Software INC., where I developed an interactive chatbot using React.js and Material UI, ensuring a seamless user experience. I integrated backend functionalities using Node.js Express.js, and MongoDB to manage data efficiently and collaborate with backend engineers to optimize performance and integrate services. In this role, I focus on delivering high-quality solutions that prioritize both the user interface and backend functionality, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across platforms.
Before joining IRIS, I was a co-founder at AltCampus and worked as a Frontend Engineer & Mentor from 2018 to 2024, where I played a pivotal role in designing and developing the main website and a custom learning platform. I led a team of five engineers and worked closely with designers and backend developers to integrate UI/UX elements. I implemented a variety of interactive, responsive components using React.js, Redux, and TailwindCSS while optimizing performance using tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse.
In addition to the engineering work, I took on the role of mentor, creating instructional content including over 50 hours of video tutorials and 70+ custom assignments, directly benefiting more than 300 students and helping them secure jobs in web development.
Earlier in my career, I was employed as a UI Developer at Podies, where I worked on diverse client projects, developing websites, templates, and UI-rich applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Bootstrap, and SASS/SCSS. I focused on building high-performance, responsive web applications with a strong emphasis on web accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
I am not only passionate about coding but also about mentoring the next generation of developers. I co-founded AltCampus, an educational platform offering web development courses, and AltSpace, a co-working and co-living space designed to foster creativity and collaboration. My dedication to both technical excellence and mentoring has contributed to my success in web development and my ability to empower others in the field.
