On EDIO, a virtual school platform for Commonwealth Charter Academy, I led testing across teacher, student, and parent experiences, including API and data validation. I also checked cross-platform functionality and WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
For Pearson’s SuccessMaker, I led end-to-end testing of personalised learning workflows, multimedia content, virtual classrooms, and reporting. I tested across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows and checked compliance with WCAG 2.0.
Across e-learning and insurance projects, I’ve managed end-to-end testing, prepared test plans and reports, and coordinated testing with international clients. My work has included functional, regression, integration, API, accessibility, and security testing, as well as supporting QA teams through knowledge transfer and training.
