I've led end-to-end QA for web, Android, and iOS applications at Dotsquares, including booking, subscription, healthcare, social media, and online medicine platforms. I delivered QA validation for the Luminous website modernization and two additional Luminous web platforms.

At Cactus Communications, I owned quality assurance for the R Discovery ecosystem across web and mobile. I tested AI-powered research discovery workflows, recommendation systems, search, and engagement features, while supporting Mind the Graph and RLife releases.

I work across functional, regression, integration, API, exploratory, cross-browser, mobile, usability, accessibility, and UAT testing. My accessibility testing aligns with WCAG 2.1 and WCAG 2.2, and I have experience validating AI prompt-response workflows and generated outputs.
