I review applicant records in Salesforce, validate lease terms in Yardi, and generate leases and move-in cost sheets through RentCafe. I send finalized lease packages for signature through DocuSign and maintained 100% quality and TAT for 9+ consecutive months.

I also managed the pre move-out walk process, notifying approximately 800 residents per month and creating move-out tasks so progress stayed tracked. I kept shift inventory updates and the productivity tracker current.

Earlier, at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I audited newly boarded loans and processed REO invoices and reports. At Visionet Systems Pvt. Ltd., I researched property title records and reviewed appraisals and mortgage loan products; at Radixus Business Solutions, I verified account documents and updated property tax payment records.
