I'm currently building and scaling lease abstraction operations at Accenture, where I set up the Pune pilot process, coordinate across LIM, CRE, Workplace, and COV teams, and lead a team of nine.
Previously, I spent nearly a decade at JLL supporting Bank of America, validating critical lease data, reconciling OPEX/CAM and real estate taxes, and developing Power BI reporting. I contributed to a data-validation project covering 36,000 locations across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
I began at Genpact in property inspection, performing quality checks, client reporting, workflow management, and new-hire training. Across my work, I focus on accurate financial and date-driven data, practical automation, documented processes, and dependable delivery.

Set up the pilot process of lease abstraction in Pune, coordinated with multiple teams, and prepared decks for stakeholder and leadership calls. Led and mentored a team of 9 members, designed SOPs, and ensured quality assurance on critical abstracted data.
Performed final checks on critical abstracted lease data, ensured accuracy of Base Roll, CAM, and RET, and conducted OPEX/CAM reconciliation. Managed workflow, trained new resources, and prepared PowerBI reports for clients.
Summarized property inspection audit reports, identified key mandatory points, and distributed finalized reports to investors. Performed quality checks, provided client updates, and prepared monthly dashboards and VSM.
