Previously, I served as a Customer Service & Teller Officer at Arab Bank, where I managed account openings, processed transfers, and handled daily transactions while maintaining compliance with financial regulations. My commitment to exceptional customer service and problem resolution has been a cornerstone of my professional journey.

With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Damascus University, I have supplemented my education with certifications in Internal Auditing and Advanced Excel. I am eager to contribute my skills in a professional environment that challenges me and allows for personal and professional growth.
