I am a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer focused on bringing data-driven clarity to manufacturing quality systems. I combine hands-on QA experience with analytics to improve traceability, reporting speed, and decision-making.

At L&T Special Steels and Heavy Forgings I led efforts to digitalize QA operations, collaborating with IT and analytics teams to develop NCR and RCA portals, and I built Power BI and Excel dashboards to visualize rejection rates, audit findings, and defect causes.

I routinely collect, clean, and analyze QA datasets, support data validation and automation during portal development, and generate monthly and quarterly analytical reports for management. My work helped reduce report preparation and review time and improved the speed of data-driven decisions.

I am proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented, with technical skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python and a track record of creating automated templates that cut reporting time and supporting audit presentations and digital innovation initiatives.
