At Paytm, I build and operate Lending/Postpaid workflows on Workflow Nexus, a Go-based orchestrator handling about 7.3M HTTP requests a day. I delivered a surplus refund workflow that reached about 5K journeys per month and resolved a lender-callback queue issue by replacing an unindexed database scan with an indexed lookup.

Previously, I developed timekeeping features at Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) and worked on Android mobile telecom at Samsung R&D Institute India. At Samsung, I optimized APN loading during Android boot, improving PDN connectivity speed by 30%, and developed call processing for 3GPP, GSM, LTE, and IMS.
