I build production-ready systems across frontend, backend, and platform layers, with a strong focus on real-time, scalable architecture. I’ve led migrations from legacy architectures to agentic real-time voice experiences with dynamic decision-making and real-time tool calls.

At echowin, I designed and implemented integrations for voice agents (scheduling, webhooks, third-party services, and custom tools) and developed an internal CRM to track user journeys and improve visibility into engagement. I also architected and deployed a fully embeddable chatbot for customer websites, including customizable branding, voice mode support, and configurable intake forms for structured data collection.

I enjoy building complex, reliable workflows—such as a custom automated outbound phone call system with pre- and post-call/chat triggers—and leading multi-tenant white-label SaaS platform architecture. I’ve replaced Supabase with a tailored multi-tenant authentication system and delivered analytics dashboards and comprehensive tracking, backed by unit and end-to-end testing.
