At Data Marshall, I oversee coding operations with a team of 150 global coders and 12 auditors. I created trackers for QBRs, one-to-ones, and leave, and worked on editing and denial-rejection dashboards for weekly client presentations.
At Corro Health care, I managed coding operations and was involved in a transition project for a 93-member team. I helped reduce a pending claims pool from 3,000 to 600 and contributed to the Coding SOP using quality feedback and daily customer connections.
My work spans medical coding, auditing, education, and operations across E&M, emergency, inpatient and outpatient, and other specialties. Iām a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), have delivered two AAPC presentations to local and international chapters, and hold ICD-10 diagnosis coding certification.
