I run Board and Committee meeting cycles across 80+ entities, from agenda-setting and board packs to minutes and action closure. I reduced average minutes turnaround from seven days to five days while supporting regulatory, legal, and governance requirements.

I've built and scaled teams of 50+ professionals, designed operating models, and embedded service catalogues, SLAs, capability development, and succession planning. My experience also includes entity lifecycle management, incorporations, dissolutions, migrations, restructurings, and subsidiary governance frameworks.

Across HSBC, Intertrust Group/CSC, Arctern Consulting, Shrachi Group, and WBEIDC, I've combined corporate secretarial leadership with digital transformation. As Chair of the Efficiency Committee at CSC, I delivered 10% FTE savings through AI tooling, workflow automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
