I've delivered counselling, psychosocial assessments, suicide risk assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination for elderly residents and families at SASCO Senior Citizens' Home.

Across residential, community, and social-service settings, I've supported people experiencing grief, trauma, family conflict, mental health concerns, social isolation, behavioural challenges, and reintegration needs. I work closely with nursing staff, social workers, allied health professionals, hospitals, and external agencies to coordinate practical, client-centred support.

My earlier legal practice support experience strengthens my understanding of court processes, legal documentation, family-related matters, confidentiality, and regulated documentation.
