At Accenture, I test AI-powered agents, knowledge bases and conversational workflows, including Agentic AI orchestration, RAG-based retrieval and multi-turn interactions. I verify governance controls and maintain Playwright regression and end-to-end scripts in CI/CD pipelines.
On the Swisscom telecom program, I owned end-to-end testing and built Selenium and Playwright automation suites for cross-browser regression. I authored Release Test Plans adopted as the standard reference across 25 release cycles and used BrowserStack regression to catch device-specific defects before release.
