At PLOVITI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), I designed a feedback system for a supermarket shopping list app. I created 25+ wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma, supported by a design system.
I also improved the app’s information architecture and created user flows, journey maps, and personas. Competitive analysis and market research informed ways to improve reviews and feedback.
At Super Handler Pvt Ltd, I worked with ACC Cement products on customer engagement and onboarding users to the Atoot Bandhan 2.0 application. I conducted usability testing with over 1000 users and trained more than 200 contractors, engineers, and masons on product usage and the app.
My projects include an emotion-based gaming experience with emotion-driven journey maps and interactive prototypes, an e-learning platform UI/UX case study, and a heuristic evaluation of four apps. My background also includes civil engineering work designing modular components and architectural drawings for residential projects.
