At Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions, I lead a team of 15+ V&V engineers responsible for end-to-end verification and validation of a desktop application used to program sound processors. I own V&V strategy, risk-based release decisions, requirements traceability, and compliance with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485.

I've established a unified global V&V framework that reduced effort by 40%, standardized onboarding, and enabled resource sharing across teams. I also built and ramped up an in-house V&V team in Malaysia, replacing consultants while maintaining delivery timelines and strengthening cross-timezone collaboration.

My work spans exploratory, regression, functional, API, mobile, database, manual, and automation testing. At Antura, Opera, ACI Worldwide, Wipro, and Inetfirms, I've supported web, mobile, banking, financial services, credit card, and desktop products through reliable testing and disciplined defect management.

I'm passionate about modern quality engineering and practical AI use for test generation, analysis, test data creation, and stronger coverage. I combine hands-on testing, analytical thinking, and clear stakeholder communication to help teams make confident Go/No-Go decisions.
