Suhani Khandelwal

I’m a Life Sciences student at Miranda House, University of Delhi, and I build evidence-driven solutions at the intersection of science, healthcare, and policy. I’ve consistently earned recognition for exceptional academic performance and I’m energized by turning research into measurable outcomes.

In my Health Services internship with FICCI, I co-authored “Health Wrap,” analyzed 100+ hospitals for key challenges, and helped evaluate 200+ startups, hospitals, and institutions for the HEAL Excellence Awards. I approach health problems with structured analysis and stakeholder-ready communication.

As a Research Intern at the D.S. Kothari Centre for Science & Innovation, I screened 30 Ayurvedic herbs for antibacterial activity, designed experiments, and worked toward synergistic polyherbal combinations targeting WHO-listed drug-resistant ESKAPE pathogens. Through my Grant Thornton live project, I also conducted on-ground qualitative research on traditional retail in the quick commerce era, focusing on consumer behavior shifts and regulatory challenges.

I lead with operational rigor and community impact—presiding over a foundation that runs menstrual health awareness, math/English classes, and mental health digital outreach, while also scaling a merchandise-focused social enterprise in collaboration with a community of autistic individuals. Whether I’m directing department operations as Editor of “Tricord” or running logistics for a consulting forum, I care about clear execution, learning-by-doing, and building teams that deliver.
