At Esri India, I help government and enterprise customers get value from geospatial technology. I onboarded strategic customers into the Customer Success Program and managed government accounts through enablement, solution conceptualization, and roadmap alignment.
I maintained Technical Account Plans, Health Scores, Gap Analyses, and Success Plans to support ongoing value realization. My customer engagements achieved an average satisfaction score of 9.7 against a target of 9.2.
I developed a coastal monitoring solution that brought multi-source CSV data into ArcGIS Dashboards, and designed a web-based GIS application in ArcGIS Experience Builder for Meghalaya's water accounting framework. I also built a geo-centric portal that integrated live API data for national water monitoring.
My geospatial work includes an eight-year water-level and water-quality analysis tool for groundwater governance. I also delivered client enablement sessions on ArcGIS products, including satellite imagery classification, change detection, biomass estimation, and AI and ML tools.
