What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine UX research and Figma design with front-end development—building responsive, accessible UI with strong engineering practices (Agile, CI/CD) to deliver scalable web applications.

I’m an experienced UX Designer/UI Developer focused on building highly scalable, responsive web applications across telecommunications, e-commerce, education, and banking. I bridge design and engineering by partnering with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align outcomes with project goals.

Most recently at Verizon as a Senior UI Developer, I created wireframes, user flows, and low-to-high fidelity prototypes in Figma, then delivered pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups for kiosk screens. I built single-page responsive applications using HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and Angular 18, and supported delivery with CI/CD pipelines across development, testing, and production.

At the Utah State Board of Education, I conducted exploratory UX research, synthesized learnings, and built buy-in with users and stakeholders through onsite LEA and school visits. I translated Figma mockups into responsive, accessible, interactive web components, created wireframes and high-fidelity designs for key modules, and developed a single-page responsive application using HTML5, CSS, SCSS, and Angular 12—while monitoring and optimizing Azure Cosmos DB workflows.

Earlier roles strengthened my user-centered approach through usability testing, surveys, and requirement analysis—then implemented WCAG 2.1 Level AA/AAA-compliant UI components. I’ve delivered prototypes and designs with Figma, InVision, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and used modern front-end patterns like state management with NgRx in an Agile environment using JIRA.
