At CSG INTERNATIONAL, I validate the Ascendon telecom platform and develop API automation using C#/.NET and xUnit. I also automated Lost & Stolen and Port-In workflows with Cursor Agent, and run sanity and regression scenarios through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
For Customer Connect, I automated browser-based workflows with Robot Framework and Playwright, and contributed to the migration from Cypress/Cucumber. I also developed a Glean AI agent that converts test requirements into ADO-importable test cases using shared-step references and other specified case details.
At COGNIZANT TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD., I tested investment banking, telecom, and retail/POS systems. I developed a macro-based utility to remotely update POS IP configuration and restart systems, reducing repetitive manual intervention.
