I’m a procurement professional with nearly 20 years of experience across Strategic Sourcing, coal logistics, and performance analytics in the Power and Mining sectors. I focus on turning complex procurement and supply chain challenges into measurable, cost-optimized outcomes.

In my current role at Ikwezi Mining, I’m driving inventory optimization and high-stakes supplier negotiations to secure favourable pricing, contractual terms, and reliable JIT delivery. I also lead cross-functional collaboration, align procurement strategies with end-user requirements, and establish KPI-driven vendor compliance to exceed project milestones.

Previously at Tata Power Co. Ltd., I led the digital transformation of coal logistics and procurement using Power BI and Python—automating manual work and strengthening decision-making. I consolidated Purchase Requisitions into long-term ARCs, built dashboards against global benchmarks, and used SQL, Minitab, and Tableau to uncover cost reduction and process improvements.

I bring a strong operational and engineering lens from commissioning and plant operations experience, including weighbridge commissioning and infrastructure initiatives like geo-fencing and fleet telematics. My approach is grounded in operational excellence (Six Sigma), risk mitigation, and data-driven performance analytics that stakeholders can act on.
