At Huawei, I monitored telecom network KPIs across 2G/3G/4G environments during rollout and operations, and I prepared KPI reports using Excel and Python to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making. More than just reporting, I supported issue investigation through data analysis, trend tracking, and performance monitoring—then coordinated with technical teams to follow up on network performance issues.
