I want to lead agronomy programs that combine crop advisory, training, and farmer engagement to drive sales growth and productivity—partnering with strong teams, using practical data, and delivering measurable livelihood outcomes.

I’m a sales-driven agronomy professional with 10+ years of experience managing demand generation, sales growth, and farmer engagement initiatives. I lead teams to expand markets through timely crop advisory, farmer demonstrations, and agronomy training that builds trust and boosts productivity.

In my current role as Assistant General Manager – Farmer Services, I manage a 27-person team, lead the Tele Agri Advisory team, and design product plans aligned with crop cycles to maximize business growth and market penetration. Previously, I delivered technical agronomy support, created agronomy content for social platforms (YouTube/Facebook), and developed training and agronomical data (Package of Practices, Crop calendar, WBDA) to support effective farmer and advisor outcomes.
