What I'm looking for
At LG Soft India, I lead structural CAE simulations for global refrigerator programs, using LS-DYNA and ABAQUS to evaluate impact, drop, overload, stiffness, and assembly load cases. My FEA-driven compressor-base optimization delivered $1.2M in RMC savings for a mass-production program.
I’ve built RecurDyn models for ice-dispenser and Craft Ice tray mechanisms, diagnosed field failures, and validated production design fixes through simulation-test correlation. During a seven-month collaboration at LG R&D Center in Changwon, I delivered NPD simulations, field-failure investigations, and value-improvement projects with global teams.
Earlier at JK Tyre’s HASETRI, I developed non-linear ABAQUS models for tyre loading, stiffness, cornering, and rolling-resistance analysis. I also automate FEA workflows with Python and bring experience across thermal, modal, fatigue, contact, and multi-body dynamics simulations.
