I've delivered IT, digital transformation, and operational projects across planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and closure. At Axombuta Welfare Association, I lead multiple end-to-end initiatives spanning website development, in-house software, digital initiatives, operations, and business programs.

I planned and delivered 5+ concurrent projects with budgets from ₹50,000 to ₹6 lakh while maintaining 95% on-time delivery. I coordinate designers, developers, writers, marketers, interns, artisans, vendors, founders, and executive leadership to turn business needs into actionable delivery plans.

Previously, at IIT Guwahati, I managed 6+ IT projects simultaneously, supporting requirements analysis, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-release fixes. I also wrote SRS and functional documentation, led test-case execution and UAT, and maintained release notes, change logs, and project artifacts.

I'm comfortable bridging technical and non-technical teams through Agile delivery, structured governance, risk management, budget tracking, and clear progress reporting. My freelance work also included delivering a custom office management tool for 50+ daily users and coordinating digital projects for wellness and tea brands.
